Yes, for some, even four days is not fast enough. So for those individuals that need it "yesterday" here is the scoop.
We start by telling you that our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. After hours, leave messages on our answering machine. Phone 502/212-7500.
48 HOUR SERVICE:
The ordering procedure is the same, but the time frame is compressed. After submitting your order electronically, wait about an hour, and give us a call. If you have submitted it during the evening or early morning hours before we open, call us in the morning between 8:00am and 9:00am to make sure everything is ready to process your order. You will need to give us your expedited shipping information at that time too. We should have your proof ready by that afternoon, and must receive the fax confirmation back the same day. We can turn your order around in 48 hours for a 50% up charge. ($30.00 each) and (2) shirt minimum.
SAME DAY SERVICE:
If you need it even faster, we offer the LIGHTNING service, but available on white shirts only. This can be done in a single business day on orders received by 9:00am Eastern Time. If you need the LIGHTNING service, electronically submit the order, but then call us between 8:00am and 9:00am to make sure everything is ready to proceed. To offer this special expedited service, usually one person walks it through the entire plant and puts it on the delivery truck. During that day you probably will have many conversations with the expediter in order to keep everything moving. For this special serivce we have a 100% up charge ($40.00 each) and (2) shirt minimum. But do us huge favor and save yourself money, avoid this service if you can, we obviously can't handle too many of these every day. But if you need it, we can do it!
