So with a fantastic & dedicated staff, we went about building a system of, order processing, design generation, manufacturing and inventory control that is definitely state of the art. Then, we had all our computers tied into the internet and guess what, I was right, we can do it!.

We provide fantastic quality, heavy weight, 100% cotton pique shirts, personalized the way you want and shipped in only four days, at factory direct prices, of only $20.00 each. This same shirt sells in retail stores for over $40.00 plain (or with someone else's name on it, a lot more). (See shirt selection)

If you approve the layout within 24 hours (see step 4 below), I guarantee we will ship within 4 business days, or you will get the order at 25% off. Now that's putting my money where my mouth is!!!

We try and keep the ordering procedure as simple as possible, but you must remember there are a few things that we will have to know so that we can get your order processed and out. (See order form)

Turn - around time from the time you send in the order form from this web site, until your personalized shirts are shipped out of our warehouse, is only 4 business days, as long as you approve your preview sample and fax it back to us within 24 hours of our sending you an email notification.

DAY ONE:
2). On the next business day we will process your order, and typeset the lettering you have requested.

3). We will provide you a purchase order / reference number, which you can use to check your order status (we provide current online tracking information, "LIVE" through our web site. ).

DAY TWO:
4). When we have completed your lettering request, we will send you an email notification of what internet address to use, to preview and approve your lettering and color selections. The internet preview will show you the lettering style and thread color on a colored background that is the same as the shirt color you ordered. You get to see just how it's going to look, before you confirm your order.

DAY THREE:
5). Once you have seen your lettering preview, you will need to print it out, fill in the bottom of the sheet with your credit card information, sign it, and fax it into us.

6). Upon receipt of your fax confirmation, your order will be entered to be sewn and shipped.

DAY FOUR:
7). Your finished order will be inspected, carefully packaged and shipped to you ground UPS. (unless other prior arrangements were made)

GUARANTEE:
8). Your order is guaranteed to be correct, or send it back for a full replacement or refund.

OUR JOB's NOT DONE UNTIL YOU REORDER.
9). We know you will be pleased with the quality of the garment and the decorating, and feel that your reorder will be proof of that. Enclosed with all initial shipments are special instructions on how to reorder. All reorders receive special treatment and may even save you a few bucks too!
